Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DreamStory (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DreamStory takes a dream fragment you write and uses AI to continue it into a story, and can offer an optional reflective interpretation and illustrations.
2. AI content — important disclaimer
Stories, interpretations, and images are generated by AI and provided for entertainment and reflection only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Dream interpretations are speculative and cultural, not clinical. AI output may be inaccurate, fictional, or unexpected — use your own judgment.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is passwordless via a code sent to your email. You are responsible for access to your inbox. Keep your email secure.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe (US$4.99/month or US$49.99/year). It renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
5. Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error or want a refund, contact supportfulfillyourdream@gmail.com. Except where required by law, refunds are at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes others' rights. Don't attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your content & permalinks
You keep ownership of the dream text you write. Subject to the terms of our AI providers, you may use the stories generated for you. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to operate the Service. Note: saved stories may receive a public shareable link — do not include sensitive personal information you wouldn't want shared.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law & contact
